1. How long does it take before my order is shipped ?
The production time depends on the size of the order. We place your order in line for production as soon as you have approved your layout and made payment. We try to keep production time to 2 - 3 days at the most unless its a large or custom order requiring more production time. We will always try to meet any of your deadline requests and can print the same day if you choose our express production option in your order.
2. Will your magnetic signs stick to all vehicles ?
No, there are a few specific cars and trucks magnets will simply not stick to (ie corvettes) due to there being no metal, or low amounts of metal in the doors. A simple way to check if your car door will accept a magnetic. Simply get a magnet that you are certain sticks to something metal (IE your refrigerator) and check if it will stick to your door.
3. How Long Will They Last ?
Magnetic Signs should last at least 2 - 3 years and maybe even longer with proper care and handling.
4. What type of files for artwork do you prefer ?
We prefer all artwork to submitted in Adobe Illustrator AI format, text converted to outlines to ensure no font loading problems. If you prefer we can accept Tiffs,BMP or jpeg files but all these files must be at least 150 dpi at printed size.
5. What's the largest file size I can email you ?
Most e-mail applications have a limit of 20mb for a file size. If you have a larger file please contact us for FTP details.
6. Why do you round the corners ?
We round the corners on all our magnetic signs, this prevents the corners from lifting from the wind as you drive down the road. We do not charge extra for this service as without rounded corners your signs will not stay on your vehicle.
7. What type of magnetic material do you use ?
We use magnum magnets 30mil magnetic material made here in the good old U.S.A
8. What equipment do you use to make my signs ?
We use proper outdoor eco-solvent printers utilizing the latest in outdoor printing technology. We do not use inkjet printers or desktop converted units. All our equipment is state of the art and the results show.
